We will help you plan every aspect of your event from helping you select a facility or site to the finished product, so that you will not have to make any other arrangements and will have only Clifton Park Convention Services (CPCS) responsible for your event.

We will provide you with a CAD (Computer Assisted Design) layout for your event with precise location for all fixtures so that there will be no surprises at setup time. We maintain a data base for facilities we have used with precise dimensions or we will get them if not in our data base. Our CAD program allows us to easily make changes as plans progress. We maintain a permanent file of all events we do so that we have a head start if the event is repeated.

We will mail an Exhibitor Order Kit to all exhibitors well in advance of the event so that they can order any of the services and items we offer. Our convention experts are always available to assist the exhibitor in meeting their needs.

We have a full line of furnishings for exhibitor booths, registration, and promoter requirements.

We have state of the art computerized sign making machines to make booth identification signs, show cards, banners, and other graphics. We can duplicate your logos or other graphic designs, or our very talented artist can create these for you to your specifications.

We will set up a complete electrical distribution system to supply all of your and your exhibitors' needs. With advance input from you and your exhibitors we make a very detailed plan so than no circuits are overloaded. Without this detailed planning disaster is likely as overloaded circuits shut down and electricity becomes unavailable for exhibitors. It is often difficult or impossible to correct these problems at show time.

Our distribution system can obtain power from the facility's electrical system if suitable, or from a quiet generator located outside.

We can provide any pricing arrangement you wish from a quoted flat charge for the entire event to full payment by the exhibitor, or any combination of shared payments.

We can provide a complete line of projectors, TV/VCR combinations, sound systems, and specialized theater lighting for your event.

We can provide flower and plant arrangements by national award winning floral arrangers. We subcontract to several decorating firms with different specialties to provide you with just about any theme or decorating scheme you want.

We will receive materials from you or your exhibitors, store in our warehouse until show load-in time, deliver to the show site, store your crates and containers during the show, and arrange return to you after the show either directly from the show if conditions permit or by way of our warehouse.

We will provide exhibitors with labor to assist in the setup of their booth. We require either clear and understandable written setup instructions sent in advance or their knowledgeable representative to be present during setup.
