Challenge:
Create a dining room for 340 patrons and friends of a prestigious engineering university in the parking lot of their alumni house. The planning committee wanted a midnight blue and silver theme w/ stars.

) Our Solution: We installed a floored and carpeted 60 x 120 tent w/ a 50' walkway connecting to the alumni house. Guests entered the alumni house for cocktails and then traveled thru the walkway into the dining room (our tent) for dinner and video presentation. The tent ceiling was swaged with silver & midnight fabric. The center poles were decorated w/ mini lights, midnight fabric and a large spray of gladiolas. The tent was washed with soft blue lights and pin spots highlighted the beautiful floral arrangement on each table. Cyber lights were used to illuminate stars on the tent ceiling The dining tables had midnight stripe linen with silver chivari ballroom chairs around to complete this very formal event.
