Private Wedding in Vestal, NY

Challenge: Customer wanted to host a wedding & reception at their home in Vestal, NY. The home was on a secluded street at the base of a mountain and surrounded by beautiful forest. No space to put the size tent they needed for their event.

Solution: The customer decided to move forward with plans to build a garage adjacent to their property and had the area cleared and leveled. We installed a 20mx30m clear top structure for the reception with an attached 9mx18m clear top lobby/restroom structure in front. We installed antique brass chandeliers, Color blast lights and pin spots for all the tables. We used to high top and regular height dining tables so all the guests could see the dance floor. The guests danced on our 24x24 Windsor Oak Dance floor and the band performed on a 12x24 stage. Guests did not have to travel far to use our 22’ JAG restroom trailer which was placed under the 9mx18m Lobby tent and decorated with ivory drape. Everyone had a great time eating and dancing under the stars in the clear top tents.
